PricewaterhouseCoopers Vietnam organised a special event for its talented new recruits from Vietnamese universities from 17 to 19 August.
The PwC 1st Experience, as the program is called, is a three-day structured introduction to the world of professional services, introducing newcomers to the basic technical, business and behavioural skills needed to start their careers with PwC. During the 1st Experience program, new recruits are welcomed by professionals at all levels of PwC in both formal and informal settings. In addition to providing structured learning programs, it is a PwC tradition to combine team building activities with corporate responsibility activities benefiting an orphanage in Go Vap district in Ho Chi Minh City. In a gesture characteristic of PwC, the firm invited the new colleagues’ parents to share the PwC Experience and dine together with their children, partners and directors of PwC, so that they could experience first-hand the warm welcome the firm gives those who have chosen to launch their careers with PwC.
